第三届亚洲政党国际会议将于2004年9月3日至5日在北京召开。会议的主题是“交流、合作、发展”，议题分别是地区安全与多边合作、经济增长与社会进步、政党建设与国家发展。请希望采访会议的外国驻华记者将报名表（见附件）和两张护照照片交至外国记者新闻中心。报名截止日期为2004年8月18日。

The 3^rd International Conference of Asian Political Parties （ICAPP）will be held in Beijing from September 3 to 5, 2004. The theme of the 3^rd ICAPP will be “Exchange, Cooperation, Development”. Delegates from Asian countries will focus on topics of regional security and multilateral cooperation, economic growth and social progress, and political party building and national development. Resident foreign correspondents who wish to cover the Conference，please submit the registration form (see attached) and two passport photos with names written on the back to the IPC before August 18, 2004.
