Harbin Aviation Industry Group (HAIG)

　　Founded in 1952, Harbin Aircraft Industry Company, Ltd. (HAI) was listed as one of the 156 state major construction projects during the first Five-Year period. On April 30th, HAI and Dongan Engines Group are merged into found Harbin Aviation Industry Group (HAIG), with a total of 27000 employees and 16.6 billion-RMB worth total asset.

　　Hafei Aviation Industry Company, Ltd. under HAI is a scientific research and manufacture base of helicopter, general-purpose and regional aircrafts in China. By now it owns four major series of products: Y 12 light general-purpose aircraft, Z 9 series helicopter, EEC 120 helicopter and subcontracted aviation products for foreign companies.

　　Set up on December 2nd, 2002, Harbin Embraer Aircraft Company Ltd. (HEA) is a joint venture company established by the cooperation of the world 4th leading aircraft manufacturer- Brazil Embraer Aircraft Industry Company and the 50-year experienced HAI. HEA specializes in manufacturing ERJ-145 regional jet series products. The first regional passenger plane was launched at the end of 2003.

Heilongjiang Jiusan Oil & Fat Co., Ltd (JOFC)

　　Heilongjiang Jiusan Oil & Fat Co., Ltd (JOFC) is one of the 151 enterprises, the first batch who have realized agriculture industrialization at a state level in China, a corporation that engaged in manufacturing, agriculture and trade. JOFC takes the non-genetically modified organism (NON-GMO) soybean in sound quality grown in Heilongjiang Province as the raw material to process edible soybean oil, soybean flakes, soybean germs, etc. The soybean oil, Grade 1 soybean salad oil, soybean flakes and soybean germs have been certified as NON-GMO products examined and tested by Hong Kong Dan Chips Limited by adopting the Standard UKSA. The soybean oil, Grade 1, and the soybean salad oil have been certified green food by China Green Food Development Center.

Harbin Training Center for Women

　　The Harbin Training Center for Women was set up in 1998, with an investment of over 11 million RMB Yuan from the Municipal Government. The Center carries out varied training courses such as training of women carders at grass- root level, vocational training such as of family maids, re-employment technique training, and training for creative abilities. By now over 30 thousand women equipped with varied techniques have graduated from the Center.

　　The Center has also established the Re-employment Assistance System which integrates training, guidance, assistance and re-employment. Now over 40 thousand laid-off workers have found jobs again, and small-sized loans worth 10.93 million RMB Yuan have been allocated to 752 laid –off workers.

First Automotive Works Corp (FAW)

　　Set up in 1953，FAW is famed as the cradle of China’s auto industry. In recent years, FAW has quickened its international co-operation. In 1991, FAW -Volkswagen car production base was established in Changchun with an annual output of 150000 units. In 2002, a joint restructure was launched between FAW and Tianjin Auto Industry Company Ltd. The year also saw the founding of a joint venture with Toyota. Brands like Jiefang, Hongqi, Jetta, Audi and Mazda, all produced by FAW and its joint ventures, can be seen on almost every road in China.

CNPC Jilin Chemical Group

　　Jilin Chemical is located in Jilin City of Jilin Province. With the reorganization of the petroleum and petrochemical industries in China, in July 1998, Jilin Chemical was merged into China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC). Jilin Chemcial possesses wide field of business such as chemical production, engineering service, machinery and instrument manufacturing, information transmission, trading and medical service etc. By the end of 2003, with the leading of annual capacity of 210,000mt Acrylonitrile and 50,000mt domestic-unique 1-Hexene plant, the base of a series of chemical and fine chemical plants have been completed. In the coming 3 years, the Jilin Chemical will be developed into a comprehensive enterprise with chemical extension and fine chemicals as its mainstay and engineering service as its important component and having the diversification of industry and property right.

Changchun Haoyue Muslims’ Beef and Mutton Processing Co., Ltd

　　Changchun Haoyue Muslims’ Beef and Mutton Processing Co., Ltd is the leading enterprise for the agricultural industrialization and the largest exporting base of Muslims’ food in China.

　　The Haoyue Group was established in the year of 2000, with the investment of 1 billion RMB. It has 1350 employees and the total asset of 1.58 billion RMB.

　　With the most advanced production line in the world, each year, Haoyue processes 40,000 tons of beef, produces 50,000 tons of cooked food and extracts 73 kinds of biological products. The group is now engaged in comprehensive businesses of contracted agriculture, green feedstuff, raising cattle and sheep, slaughtering and processing, cooked food producing, biological pharmacy and sight-seeing, etc.

　　Taking “helping peasants to get rich” as its obligation, the Haoyue Group has set up many cattle-breeding centers in 35 cities and counties of Heilongjiang province, with more than 51,800 peasants involved.

Brilliance Auto-BMW Group

　　The Brilliance Auto Group is the first Chinese corporation to be listed on New York Stock Exchange market in October 1992. It owns two whole-vehicle brands: Zhonghua and Jinbei， and three whole-vehicle products: Zhonghua car, Jinbei-Sea lion light-duty passenger bus which accounts for almost 60% of the domestic market for the same type, and Jinbei-Greys multifunctional business car with Toyota technology. In March 2003, Huachen-BMW was set up, a joint venture engages in the production and selling of BMW cars.

Shenyang Machine Tool Co., Ltd

　　Shenyang Machine Tool Co., Ltd (SMTCL) is the biggest manufacturer of machine tools products in china and also one of the 520 emphasized enterprises in China. Main leading products of SMTCL divided into four types, CNC machines, conventional machines, special machines and CNC systems, with total 300 kinds and thousands models. The products had covered 30 provinces, cities, municipalities and over 80 countries and areas.

　　In recent years, SMTCL carried through the big sized reformation, reorganization and reconstruction by utilize of 0.121 billion loan of World Bank. This made our level of production and technology equipments into advanced position of domestic. The revenue from machines has been increased at a speed of over 30% in the past three years, over 50% increase for CNC machines. The output value of SMTCL has been doubled, with the output of CNC machines increased 4 times. The percentage of CNC machines in SMTCL’s products has grown from 10% to 50%.

　　Founded in August 2000, Dalian New Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.（DNS）, is the biggest modern shipbuilding enterprise under China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC) and an exceptionally large corporation and an export base for shipbuilding granted by the state. The DNS was developed from the Dalian New Shipbuilding Factory that was founded in 1990.
