1. In accordance with the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on News Coverage by Resident Foreign News Agencies and Foreign Journalists, the Personnel Service Corporation for Diplomatic Missions affiliated with the Beijing Service Bureau for Diplomatic Missions is hereby designated for matters concerning the hiring of Chinese citizens by foreign news agencies in Beijing to do auxiliary work.

2. Matters concerning such hiring by foreign news agencies in other areas outside Beijing shall be handled by the foreign service units designated by the foreign affairs offices of provincial governments. Please be referred to the authorities concerned for inquiries.
