Dear Sir/Madame,

My colleagues and I are making plans for reporting trips and background briefings (please check the attached IPC Polls) for this year. We would like to hear your suggestions in this regard.

With regards to the arrangements of reporting trips, you are requested to kindly fill up the attached Poll I and fax it to the IPC (010-65882594) before Friday, March 25th, 2005. We will make overall arrangements and publish relevant information on our website http://ipc.fmprc.gov.cn once the plan is finalized. If you have any suggestions for other destinations and projects, please also let us know.

To give you a better understanding of China's general situation, the IPC has been inviting officials as well as scholars and experts to brief you on interesting issues. To improve our work, please let us know topics you are interested in, speakers you would like us to invite, and other advices if any. Please fill up the attached form "IPC Polls II" and fax it to the IPC.
