A Reporting Trip to Northeast China Provinces The International Press Center (IPC) and the Foreign Affairs Offices of Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning Provinces will jointly arrange a reporting trip to the above-mentioned three provinces from Friday, May 21st to Friday, May 28th for resident foreign correspondents in China. The upcoming trip will focus on opportunities and challenges facing the three provinces with regards to the rejuvenation of the northeastern industrial base, reorganization of state-owned enterprises, re-employment, and reform of social security system. Mr. Zhang Zuoji, Governor of Heilongjiang Province, Mr. Wang Yunkun, Secretary of CPC Jilin Provincial Committee and Mr. Zhang Wenyue, Governor of Liaoning Province will respectively hold a press conference. 1.
