The 7th Session of the 13th NPC Standing Committee, which started on Dec 23, is reviewing the Draft Amendment to the Rural Land Contract Law. Once approved, officials from legal affairs commission of NPC, agriculture and rural affairs committee of NPC, Ministry of agriculture and rural affairs, will be invited to answer questions concerning this law.

You are kindly reminded that there will be no interpretation for the press briefing. Please raise your questions in Chinese. If interested, you may pick up the invitation letters and parking permits from the Information Bureau of the General Office of the NPC Standing Committee (Adress: No.1 Qianmen West Street, Xicheng District) by showing your valid press card before 5 p.m., Dec 28 , 2018.

Please show your invitation letter to enter the Northern Gate of the Great Hall of the People and Park your cars at the Northern Gate with the parking permits.
