The First China Jilin·Northeast Asia Investment and Trade Expo is going to be held in Changchun, one of the old industrial bases in China's Northeast from Sept. 2 to Sept. 6, 2005, aiming at establishing the long-term cooperative platform where China and the other Northeast Asian countries enjoy mutual benefits, interchange and communication, opening and development. Madame Wu Yi, Vice Premier of the Chinese State Council, will attend the opening ceremony. Dignities from five Northeast Asian countries, including Japan, Mongolia, DPRK, ROK, Russia and CEOS from world famous enterprises will participate in the Expo.

I am pleased to inform you that the Organizing Committee of the Expo warmly welcome you to make a reporting trip to the Expo. During the trip, you will have an opportunity to interview high officials and CEOS from the concerning countries. You will be briefed on the prospects for economic cooperation among the Northeast Asian countries as well.

It is believed that the trip will not only give you a better understanding for the investment and trade cooperation among the Northeast Asian countries and the concerning regions but aslo enrich your knowledge of revitalization of the Old Industrial Base in China's Northeast.

Expenses of the Reporting Trip: Please take care of your own airplane ticket. Lodging, catering and transportation in Jilin will be covered by the Organization Committee of the Expo.
