　　中华人民共和国第十届全国人民代表大会第二次会议和政协第十届全国委员会第二次会议将分别于2004年3月5日和3月3日在北京开幕。请希望采访“两会”的各国驻京记者于2月19日至20日(上午9：O 0一下午4：0 0)向外交部外国记者新闻中心报名。请事先填妥报名表，并请交2张彩色护照照片，并在照片背面注明姓名和机构名。参加采访的中秘须出示工作证复印件或外交人员服务局出具的证明信。

THE 2nd Plenary Session of the 10th National People's Congress and the 2nd Plenary Session of the 10th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of the People's Republic of China will be convened in Beijing on March 5th and 3rd respectively. Foreign Correspondents inBeijing who wish to cover the above-mentioned conferences please apply for accreditation at the IPC from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm ,Feb. 19th– 20th. The application form(see attachment) should be filled beforehand and two colored passport photos with the names of correspondents and agencies on the back are needed. The Chinese secretaries should turn in the copies of their employees' cards or certification letters from the Diplomatic Service Bureau.
