Journalists of Foreign media based in China are kindly requested to present the printed registration confirmation email with the original and photocopy of the applicant's valid ID (China's ID card, foreign passport or Press card).

To collect on others' behalf, please present the collector's original ID, the printed registration confirmation email and a letter of appointment by the news agency or the applicant with photocopies of both the collector and the applicant's ID.

Registration confirmation email will be issued to the approved applicants by the Information Department in due time.
