You are cordially invited to attend a press briefing held by the General Office of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC) in the TAI WAN HALL of the Great Hall of the People at 10 a.m., Saturday, Dec 28, 2019.

The 15th Session of the 13th NPC Standing Committee, which started on December 23, is reviewing the Revised Draft of Security Law, Draft Law of Basic Healthcare, Medicine and Health Promotion, Revised Draft of Forest Law, Draft Law of Community Correction Law, Law on Protection of Investment by Taiwan Compatriots, etc.

Once they are approved, officials from Legal Affairs Commission of Standing Committee of NPC, Financial and Economic Affairs Committee of NPC, Agricultural and Rural Affairs Committee of NPC, and Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Commerce, National Health Commission，China Securities Regulatory Commission, State Forestry and Grassland Administration, will be invited to answer questions concerning these laws.

You are kindly reminded that there will be no interpretation for the press briefing. Please raise your questions in Chinese. If interested, you may pick up the invitation letters and parking permits from the Information Bureau of the General Office of the NPC Standing Committee (Adress: No.1 Qianmen West Street, Xicheng District) by showing your valid press card before 5 p.m., December 27 , 2019.

Please show your invitation letter to enter the North Gate of the Great Hall of the People and Park your cars at the North Gate with the parking permits.
