On January 22, 2014, the International Press Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs invited Professor Wang Tongsan of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences to give a briefing on China's economy to foreign journalists. He analyzed the economic growth data of 2013 released lately by the National Bureau of Statistics and introduced the current situation of China's macro economy. Professor Wang also took questions on China's economic growth forecast of 2014 and the effects of adjusting industrial structure on the economy.
