Qatar Signed Documents on Joining CICA and Held a Briefing

On the morning of May 20, Vice Prime Minister of Qatar Al Mahmoud held a signing ceremony on joining CICA at the Media Center of the 4th CICA Summit. He then gave a press briefing and answered some questions from the media.
