Dear Journalists,

To deepen friendship and facilitate cooperation among international sister cities for win-win results, Harbin will host the International Winter Cities Conference during the 36th Ice and Snow Festival between January 4-7, 2020. During the Conference, we would like to invite winter cities, chamber of commerce and companies around the world to participate such diverse events as the International Winter Cities Symposium, International Business and Chamber of Commerce Match-making, Mascot Tour and International Ice and Sculpture Competition. By organizing these events, we hope to share experiences and resources in winter festivals, tap potential and promote cooperation between winter cities.

The deadline for registration is December 2, 2019. Please send the application form and journalist card to our mailbox before this date.
