      The opening meeting of the Second Plenary Session of the 16th Beijing Municipal People’s Congress is set to commence on Sunday, January 21, 2024, at Beijing Conference Center. At the meeting, Mayor Yin Yong will deliver the annual Report on the Work of the Government, and a courtesy English translation of the Report will be provided for your reference.

      Journalists who intend to report the event please fill in the following form and return it via email and call the contact person for confirmation. Due to limited availability, places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline for registration is 10:00, Wednesday, January 17 , 2024. We will arrange shuttle buses to transfer journalists from the assembling point to Beijing Conference Center at designated time. Please refer to the following time and point:
